On Sunday, 11/29/15, one of the four servers running MyGateway was not responding due to a failed nightly restart. If a user was unfortunate enough to connect to that particular node, they could not access MyGateway. This would have affected about 25% of users. The automated restart at 4am Monday morning got all four nodes working properly again. All users should be able to access MyGateway now.
