MyGateway slow or unresponsive
Description
11:30am : ITS is currently investigating degraded response from MyGateway. Pages are slow or failing to respond. Refreshing the pages seems to help, but services may need to be restarted in order to fully fix the issue.
1:00pm : Our hosting environment in Columbia had a partial failure cause two of the MyGateway web servers to need restarting. All should be stable now.
