MyGateway slow or unresponsive

Description

915 pm : ITS is currently investigating degraded response from MyGateway.  Pages are slow or failing to respond.  Refreshing the pages seems to help, but services may need to be restarted in order to fully fix the issue.

10:50 pm : After rolling a restart of all the MyGateway web servers, the responsiveness seems back to normal.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
