Technicians have taken corrective actions. Users should now be able to make and receive calls on campus. Phone services will continue to monitor the situation.
Phone services is investigating issues with making and receiving phone calls.

Telephone Services received reports around 8:15am on 8/6/25 that some areas were experiencing issues with some phone work groups, and Mitel Connect softphones.
The issues were resolved by 9:00am. Phone Services is continuing to monitor the situation.

JULY 29, 2025 – 9:30 AM – INITIAL REPORT:
Facilities has shut down power to the building and turned off the generator to repair a power issue. There is no ETR (est. time of repair).

Telephone Services has completed the upgrade of the Campus Phone system. All phones should be working now. If you encounter an issue try the following:
Telephone Services will perform an upgrade to the Campus ShoreTel/Mitel phone system. Maintenance will begin at 6:00AM on Sunday June 8 and should be completed by 4:00PM. During this upgrade campus phone users will experience:

We are seeing delays when checking voicemail, along with poor workgroup performance. Our support vendor has suggested we reboot the server. That will be done momentarily.
