 Network outage – Remote Sites – January 20 2022 – 12:08 AM – TBD

Description

We are experiencing a network outage with our internet provider (MOREnet) to our remote sites.   This includes Children’s Advocacy Center – West Pine and Kirkwood locations,  Computer Education & Training Center,  Lindell Eye Center, and East St. Louis Eye Center locations.    All network and phone services are unavailable at this time.

 1/23/22 Network Maintenance MSC 3rd floor South & MSCGN

Description

ITS will be upgrading network equipment in MSCGN (maintenance area) and on the 3rd floor South of MSC.  Users will have no network access during this outage.  This includes wired, wireless, and phone service.

 Power Outage – 12/03/2021 10 PM to 2 AM – Benton Hall – TJ/Mercantile – Clark Hall –

Start Time: 12/3/21 10:00 pm - End Time: 12/4/21 2:00 am

Description

Facilities is working closely with Ameren to have a planned power outage this Friday, December 3 starting at 10 PM.  The outage will last approximately four hours and affect Benton Hall, TJ/Mercantile Library, and Clark Hall.  All power and Air Conditioning will be off during these hours.  All network connectivity will be limited in these areas.
