Resource and SharedMailbox account issues
Description
This issue has been resolved and all resource mailboxes should now have licenses again.
An issue was discovered in the UM account management system where licenses were being removed from some resource accounts and sharedmailboxes. Technicians at UM are working on the issue. if you notice your resource mailbox or sharedmailbox is unavailable, it would be associated with this outage and will hopefully be available soon.
