University authentication issue effecting some services

Update 10 AM – Resolved:
As of 9:46 am, UM System has fully restored the authentication service. All of our effected UMSL systems are fully available again. Please contact the help desk if you experience any issues.

Some university services are inaccessible because of an authentication service outage at the UM System.
Impacted services include:
- MyDegree
- ACP
- Graduate School’s M4
- IT Procurement’s BPM12004
- other applications that rely on Shibboleth authentication
We will provide updates as we work with UM System. They are tracking this outage at UM IT Systems Status – AIMS Database
