 Fax Services outage


Network fax services are experiencing problems.  Users will not be able to fax using the Network Fax system at this time.  ITS is working on the issue and will update when services are restored.

Update: Fax services should now be available.  Previous attempts to send faxes were queued, but may not complete successfully.  Please resend any important faxes.

 UMSL Oracle Database Maintenance

Start Time: 5/1/19 4:00 am - End Time: 5/1/19 7:00 am


There will be brief/intermittent outages of all UMSL production Oracle databases while maintenance is being performed.  Most web applications running on apps.umsl.edu, fusion.umsl.edu and coe.umsl.edu will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period.

PeopleSoft applications including MyView, MyHR, etc. will not be affected.

 Several Classroom and lab computers will not get updates and does not load properly


Several computers could not update Windows and would go into a perpetual loop and would not fully load. Classroom and lab computers are no longer searching for Windows updates and are currently functioning. Server Administrators are still looking into the cause.
