Description

Planned Outage of Panopto Services on Friday,  March 31, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Upgrade Panopto version 5.2  to 5.3

  1. No recordings will be able to be uploaded during the outage period.
  2. No access to Panopto recordings during the outage period.
  3. After outage period with the update of Panopto to version 5.3,  users attempting to use the Panopto recorder may be prompted for an automatic update.

Description

Some web pages on www.umsl.edu were intermittently returning a “Page not found” response.  Only departmental and personal web pages using the www.umsl.edu/~path/ format were affected. The issue has been resolved.

Description

Logins to Delmar.umsl.edu were failing, due to an unresponsive system service.  The problem has been resolved by restarting the login services.

 Oak Hall Networking Upgrade 3/26/2017 – 7am to Noon

Start Time: 3/26/17 7:00 am - End Time: 3/26/17 12:00 pm

Description

Networking will be upgrading equipment in Oak Hall.  The maintenance is expected to last 30 minutes.  Telephones and both wired and wireless Internet will be unavailable to the building while the equipment is being upgraded.

Description

The website for dba.umsl.edu was unavailable this afternoon due to a service-related error.  The error was resolved by restarting the web services.  No other websites are known to be affected.
