 Adobe Cloud Storage

Description

Update Friday June 28th: Adobe has completed the current round of account migrations. If your unable to access Adobe software and services, please contact the Help Desk at https://help.umsl.edu or 314-516-6034

Update Monday June 10th. We are still working with Adobe technicians to resolve the Adobe Cloud storage issues. At this time it appears the issues will take longer than Adobe anticipated. ITS will continue to provide updates, as they are available. If your course or work is impacted by these issues you reach out at https://help.umsl.edu.

Adobe recently made enhancements to their Adobe Creative Cloud storage. Unfortunately, these changes have resulted in UMSL accounts losing access to files stored in Adobe Cloud. The UM System campuses are working with Adobe engineers to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and expect the issue to be resolved by Monday, June 10, 2024. When logging in with ssoid@umsystem.edu, people might be asked to choose a profile and should select “UMS – University of Missouri – St. Louis”. ITS will follow up with the status of this issue.
