 Shibboleth Log in Issues

Description

The UMSystem Shibboleth servers, which are used to authenticate users to Canvas, Zoom, Kaltura and other UMSL web applications, are experiencing degraded service.  Closing your browser and reopening it may allow you to successfully log in.

8/30/2017 4:20pm: Corrective actions were taken and technicians continue to monitor performance.  If you continue to experience issues logging in, please contact the UMSL technology support center.

 Canvas Login Issues

Description

8/30/17 10:02 am:  It has been reported to us that users are experiencing issues logging into Canvas.  The Technology Support Center is aware of the situation.

9/14/17 5:00 pm:  Logins should be functioning better.  Columbia made some tuning changing that helped performance during high load times.
