 Kaltura Blackboard Building Block upgrade outage

Start Time: 12/28/15 8:00 am - End Time: 12/28/15 10:00 am

Description

Kaltura Blackboard Building block update  and KAF configuration will be done during outage period.   Expect intermittent loss of the Kaltura services in Mygateway during the update.    Kaltura MediaSpace Services will not be effected.

 VPN Access Issues

Description

We are experiencing issues with VPN access.  Users may not be able to access the Internet from a VPN session.

We are working with the vendor on a solution.

 

Update:  VPN issues have been fixed.

 UMSL Mobile Application outage

UMSL Mobile App was unavailable due to the internal server error. The issue has been resolved and service is available again.

 UMSL Web/SMTP applications outage

Description

The following UMSL web/fax/smtp applications are experiencing an outage:

  • m.umsl.edu
  • legacy.umsl.edu
  • fax.umsl.edu

Scan to e-mail is affected and some internal smtp applications.  Issue has now been resolved.
