Description
The network team is experiencing a power issue in Research building. We are investigating the issue now. Currently, all internet and telephone services are unavailable. No ETR at this time.

Maintenace found one phase has failed. Networking is moving their connection to another phase now.

Networking is going to be replacing a piece of equipment in the Music building Sunday. There will be no wired networking, wireless networking, or telephone services during this time.

Some of the telephones on campus are experiencing intermittent problems. ITS is aware and we are working to resolve the issue. The issue has been resolved.

There was a short Network and Telephone outage in the ELS building due to equipment issues causing temporary loss of service in ELS and Music building. The problem has been resolved and the service is back up.

Networking is going to be replacing equipment in Bellerive Hall wednesday morning at 6am and will be done around 7am. During this time wired, wireless, and telephone will be unavailable.

Power is out in the Fine Arts building so there will not be wired, wireless, or telephone services available in that building until the power outage is over.

There was a brief outage due to the storm on part of south campus at 3:44pm. The outage is over now.

UMSL’s internet provider (MOREnet) will be upgrading network equipment in the Saint Louis Hub facility to improve performance. All internet traffic from the following remote sites will be affected. The following sites are Grand Center (KWMU), Kathy Weinman Center in Kirkwood, Children Advocacy center downtown, Optometry center downtown and East St. Louis, Innovative Technology Enterprise (ITE) and Missouri Institute of Mental Health (MIMH). Estimated duration is 2 hours.
