Campus Telephone System Upgrade

Telephone Services has completed the upgrade of the Campus Phone system. All phones should be working now. If you encounter an issue try the following:

 

Telephone Services will perform an upgrade to the Campus ShoreTel/Mitel phone system. Maintenance will begin at 6:00AM on Sunday June 8 and should be completed by 4:00PM.  During this upgrade campus phone users will experience:

  • Loss of campus phone service
  • Mitel Connect connectivity issues
  • Delayed delivery of voicemail messages

We will send additional details out via email to UMSL Faculty & Staff the week of June 2nd.
