Campus Telephone System Upgrade

Telephone Services has completed the upgrade of the Campus Phone system. All phones should be working now. If you encounter an issue try the following:
- Unplug the network cable that runs to the wall port and leave disconnected for 30 seconds before plugging back in.
- If that doesn’t resolve the issue, take note of the MAC Address on the bottom of the phone (a 12 digit hexadecimal number) and submit a ticket at https://tdx.umsystem.edu/TDClient/60/UMSLIT/Requests/TicketRequests/NewForm?ID=6ulr5Cc6GRo_&RequestorType=Service
Telephone Services will perform an upgrade to the Campus ShoreTel/Mitel phone system. Maintenance will begin at 6:00AM on Sunday June 8 and should be completed by 4:00PM. During this upgrade campus phone users will experience:
- Loss of campus phone service
- Mitel Connect connectivity issues
- Delayed delivery of voicemail messages
