Campus Network Maintenance Notification – Wireless Service Outage – July 19, 2026 12:05 AM –

Description
The Networking team will be performing a software upgrade on the campus wireless controllers.
This maintenance is necessary to improve the stability, performance, and security of the campus wireless infrastructure.
Expected Impact
During the upgrade, campus wireless services will be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes while the wireless controllers reboot and complete the software installation.
During this outage:
- Wireless devices will temporarily lose network connectivity.
- Users connected to campus Wi-Fi will be disconnected and will automatically reconnect once the upgrade is complete.
- Wireless services, including internet access and Wi-Fi-dependent applications, will be unavailable during the outage.
