ATT has identified that a fiber cut has caused the outage.  They estimate it will take an hour to repair the cut.

Networking is investigating an Internet outage to UMSL’s remote sites.  The following sites are currently without wired and wireless Internet and telephones:

Center for Behavioral Health – West County

Children’s Advocacy Center – West Pine

Optometry – Lindell

Optometry – East St. Louis
