Macs unable to access TritonSecure network

Description

Update – April 24, 2026

Macs are receiving configuration updates enabling reconnection to TritonSecure. For Macs still unable to connect, please use TritonNet with VPN and your system should receive the updated configuration.

Mac users are currently unable to connect to TritonSecure wi-fi. To print or access other TritonSecure-only resources, affected users should temporarily connect to TritonNet wi-fi and then connect to UMSL’s Cisco AnyConnect VPN. If AnyConnect VPN is not currently installed on affected Macs, it can be installed through UMSL Self Service once connected to TritonNet.

Instructions for connecting can be found here (scroll down past the installation process and look for the last three steps): https://www.umsl.edu/technology/networking/vpn/vpn-anyconnect-installation-mac.html

UMSL ITS is working to fix the issue.
