Description

ITS system administrators will apply critical security updates to Windows servers. There will be expected disruption to:

  • Print and fax services
  • TritonApps sessions
  • SharePoint sites
  • Remote Desktop Gateway
  • WWW sites

PeopleSoft applications including MyView, MyHR, etc. will not be affected.

 Villa Residential Hall 11/13/2022 7am network upgrade

 UMSL Oracle Database Maintenance

Start Time: 11/11/22 5:30 pm - End Time: 11/11/22 8:30 pm

Description

There will be brief/intermittent outages of all UMSL production Oracle databases while maintenance is being performed.  Most web applications running on apps.umsl.edu, fusion.umsl.edu and coe.umsl.edu will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period.

PeopleSoft applications including MyView, MyHR, etc. will not be affected.

 Core Networking Software Upgrades 11/6/2022, 8am

Start Time: 11/6/22 8:00 am - End Time: 11/6/22 11:00 am

Description

Networking will be upgrading the software on the core edge routers connecting campus to our Internet Service Provider.  Traffic should re-route to redundant equipment while each router is upgraded.  An outage is not expected, but there may be brief delays while traffic re-routes.

 

Unforeseen issues have forces this maintenance to be postponed.  We will reschedule at a later date.
