 UMSL TritonPrint Email printing service

Description

At this time, the UMSL TritonPrint email-based printing service is experiencing problems.  Users submitting print jobs as email attachments to tritonprint@umsl.edu will receive a response with an error stating “Your MobilePrint operation could not be processed right now. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.”.  UMSL IT support is working to restore the service and will update in due course.

This issue has now been resolved.

Description

ITS system administrators will apply critical security updates to Windows and Oracle database servers. There will be expected disruption to:

  • Print and fax services
  • TritonApps sessions
  • SharePoint sites
  • Web applications running on apps.umsl.edu, fusion.umsl.edu and coe.umsl.edu

MyGateway web app and PeopleSoft applications including MyView, MyHR, etc. will not be affected.

 Web application outages

Description

Technician’s at the Columbia campus have resolved their network outage.  Services are returned to normal.

 

The UM campus in Columbia is currently experiencing a network outage. Web applications hosted on the UM campus, including MyView and MyHR, are currently unavailable. SSO authentication to other web applications is affected as well. Technicians are currently working to resolve the issue.

 Nursing administration Building network outage 10/16 8:00PM

Description

There is a power outage at the nursing administration building that has caused the networking and telephone services equipment to power off. Networking services and telephone services will be unavailable during this time.

 Login issues with web applications

Description

Web applications using shib-idp.umsystem.edu for login are currently experiencing login issues, affecting UMSL web applications on apps.umsl.edu and help.umsl.edu. Technicians are working to resolve the problem.
