Currently all Panopto Services are not available as of 9:45 am. Working with vendor to resolve the issue. No Panopto recordings can be uploaded or viewed at this time till services are restored.

Panopto Services will not be available Friday April 1, 2016 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Vendor will be handling the new configuration and licensing of a new server, and are only available during this time.
During outage period, all Panopto Services will be unavailable, including request to view Panopto video recordings and the ability to upload Panopto lecture capture recordings.

Panopto services were interrupted when server power supplies were accidental unplugged, 10:10am – 10:20am.
It is currently up and working properly.

Panopto services are experiencing recording search errors with slow search responses. This will continues for the next two hours till the manual reset of the database indexing completes and reaches a healthy state. 1:00am – 3:00am
