Description

ITS system administrators will restart TritonApps servers in order to complete scheduled software updates.  Please ensure that any work is saved prior to 5:30pm.

Additionally, ITS system administrators will upgrade servers providing campus DNS and DHCP networking services. Servers will be upgraded one at a time, so no impact is expected.

 Network Mantenance MSCGN switch reboot Sunday 5/7/23 6:30am

Description

ITS will need to restart the network equipment in MSC Garage North for software maintenance, should take approximately thirty minutes.

 Research Building 3rd floor Network Outage

Description

The third floor data closet network equipment is down due to a water pipe break resulting in switch failure.  This will affect upper floors in Research as well.  Facilities is aware of the issue, no ETA for repairs.

 Villa Residential Hall 11/13/2022 7am network upgrade
