Remote Sites Connectivity affected by MOREnet maintenance.

Description

MOREnet was troubleshooting a problem with AT&T that has caused a temporary outage to the Remote Sites. Everything should be back to normal.

 Research Building 3rd floor Network Outage

Description

The third floor data closet network equipment is down due to a water pipe break resulting in switch failure.  This will affect upper floors in Research as well.  Facilities is aware of the issue, no ETA for repairs.

Description

networking will be doing maintenance on the tower networking equipment on 2/19/2023. Service may be impacted in that area at this time.

The ITS network group will be upgrading equipment in the Tower networking closet. During this time internet access and desk phones may lose connection.

 Research Building 1st floor network issues

Description

There has been a hardware failure for the network equipment on the first floor of the Research Building.  ITS is working towards resolving the issue.

9/19/22  11:40am  Failed network switch has been replaced.

 EAB Network Maintenance 8/17/22 5am

Description

ITS will be upgrading the network equipment in EAB 8/15/22 beginning at 5am.  Users may experience brief network connectivity issues during this time.
