 UMSL Data Center power outage

Description

The UMSL data center unexpectedly lost power, and all campus-hosted data services are experiencing an interruption. ITS staff is working to restore services.

Update 3:56 pm 2/14/19 – The Technology Support Center telephones are not currently working.  If you would like to report a problem with a computing service or piece of computing equipment, please go to help.umsl.edu and put in a ticket.  Thank you.

Update 8:40 pm 2/14/19 – Many campus applications remain unavailable at this time. ITS expects replacement parts to be delivered on Friday morning, and will continue to work to restore services.

 UMSL Printing Maintenance Outage

Description

UMSL Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing maintenance on campus printing software.  During the maintenance, printing on campus computers and printers will be unavailable.

Update: This issue appears to be resolved.  If users continue to experience printing problems, please contact the Technology Support Center.

 Campus printing outage

Description

Reports are coming in of a campus printing outage.  ITS staff are working to resolve the issue.

Issue appears to be resolved after services were restarted.  Please contact the Technology Support Center if any further issues arise.
