MoreNet Internet Provider had a short outage which caused the campus to loose internet for a few minutes.

It is possible that there will be a brief interruption of Internet access between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM on Wednesday morning. At most the outage will last a few seconds while we do firewall maintenance.

Parts of clark hall is without network access. Networking is investigating the issue.
Cause: hardware failed.

This Sunday, 3/13, new software will be loaded on the campus firewalls. Internet access from campus systems and Internet access to campus systems may be interrupted for a short period during this process.

An electrical issue caused the network switches in Benton Hall to reboot. This affected network connectivity both wired, wireless, and phone service. Network access should now be available.

ITS will be upgrading hardware at the edge of the campus network. This will cause brief interruptions to the internet for both wired and wireless users between 6 and 8 am.

Oak Hall 4th floor network switch needs to be moved to the UPS. This will cause a loss of network connectivity for wired, wireless, and phone services.

There is currently a utility outage at the West County facility. ITS is working with the vendor to restore services.

Power is out to the entire building. We do not have a restoration estimate.
