ITS has restored access to the wireless TritonSecure network for classroom laptops. ITS will continue to work with vendor to determine root cause.
Description
The networking team will be upgrading the configuration of the wireless access points on campus. The configuration will be done by building and downtime will limited to 5 minutes in each building.

There is a network outage in mail room building. This affects all data and phone access to and from building.

All wireless access in Science Learning Building is unavailable at this time. Networking team is currently investigating this outage.

We are experiencing power issues in Wood Hall, Science complex, TJ Library and Clark Hall. There will be no network or telephone service in these buildings. Estimated time of restoration is 3 hours.

Networking will be upgrading the wireless network from 0600 to 0800. During the upgrade wireless will be unavailable for intervals of 10 minutes at a time.

Network services will be restarting the Network Access Control Server. This will cause new wireless connections to be unavailable during this time.
Server has been restarted and is back in operation.

We are having issues with wireless access from Villa and Provincial House and are working on getting access restored.

Starting at 6 am Networking will be upgrading the wireless network. During the upgrade wireless will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes across campus. After the upgrade some buildings will be upgraded a 2nd time throughout the morning. Each outage will be approximately 10 minutes.

Description
ITS has discovered an issue with the TritonSecure network. TritonNet is NOT affected and is working properly. The affected areas are primarily wireless labs and classrooms. Devices experiencing this issue will receive the error “There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.” We are working on this issue.
A corrupted configuration was discovered and repaired. The TritonSecure network is operational as of 17:00.
