Network need to make changes at the following remote sites:
These changes will cause all internet and telephone services to be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes.

Networking will be upgrading the software on the network switches to fix a know bug affecting the wireless network. All network and telephone services will be unavailable during the reboot, which will take about 15 minutes.

Networking will be upgrading the equipment in the Fine Arts Building. Wired and wireless network as well as phones will be down in both the building and the Observatory for the time of the upgrade.

On Monday 11/20/17, ITS will be upgrading Bradford, our network access control server.
Access to Tritonnet and new system registrations could be affected during this time.
Upgrade has been completed sucessfully.

Networking will be preforming software upgrade on the wireless network on Wednesday 10/18/17 beginning at 4:00 am. This will affect all wireless access.
Networking will also be patching the Identity server which might impact Learning Studio laptops, VPN and Guest access.

Networking experienced a fault in one of our servers and working on getting it repaired. This outage is causing disruption to Learning Studio classroom laptops, VPN access, and Guest Wireless.

On Wednesday, 8/16, Network Support will be replacing a failing module in our core networking hardware. Wireless users may experience a short 1-2 minute outage during this work.

CNS (center for nano-science) is currently experiencing a network outage. This affects all network (wired, wireless) and phone service. Networking team is currently investigating the outage.
UPDATE: Fiber feeding CNS was accidentally cut at the Benton hall renovation project. Estimated 3 hours for repair. All current occupants in CNS have been personally notified.
