 Network outage – CETC Remote Site

Description

Due to an unscheduled power failure at the facility, all Network, telephone and wireless services are currently unavailable.  Services became unavailable at approximately 10:01am.  We are continuing to monitor the issue.

Description

network team will be patching network equipment across campus.  This requires rebooting equipment which requires 10 – 15 minutes to reboot.  During this reboot, all network access including telephone and wireless will be unavailable

 CETC @ Flushing Meadows Network Upgrade – Sunday, Aug. 9th 7:30am-Noon

Description

Networking will be upgrading equipment on Sunday, August 9th. There will be no Internet or Telephone service in the building during the time of the upgrade.

 Desktop (physical) phone service degraded.

Description

Due to a Mitel switch failure, physical phone service on campus is degraded.  We will reboot the switch at 5 PM and continue to investigate.

 Stadler phone & network outage

Description

An electrical issue cause the phones in Stadler Hall 2nd floor not to power on resulting in no internet access.  The issue has been resolved.
