 Nursing administration Building network outage 10/16 8:00PM

Description

There is a power outage at the nursing administration building that has caused the networking and telephone services equipment to power off. Networking services and telephone services will be unavailable during this time.

 Intermittent/slow service with Softphone

Description

Some softphone users are experiencing trouble connecting to softphone and/or trouble making and receiving calls once softphone connects. To resolve this issue, Telephone Services will be restarting the equipment experiencing the issue at 12pm, 9/16/21. IP phones running on this specific switch will be down as it restarts, and will regain service once it is back up. The complete restart should take less than 15 minutes.

An update will be posted once the trouble device is restarted and service is restored.

 

Update: The switch reboot is complete and full services should be restored.

 Equipment maintenance on JCP South

In order to fix some damage done by the storm, we will need to replace part of the networking equipment, in JC Penney South. Wired, WIFI and Telephones will be out until the work is complete.

 Maintenance on Network equipment in JC Penney South

 Network Outage – West County Computer Center – 4:15 pm –

Description

We are currently experiencing a network outage at West County Computer Center located 12837 Flushing Meadows Dr, St. Louis, MO 63131.  This affects internet, wireless, and telephone services.  The network team is investigating the cause.

 

4:25 pm Verified there was a power blip on site. We will monitor for now.

 

5:30 pm power is stable at this time.

 Network Maintenance – 8-11-2021 5:00 am – 6:00 am – Software patching

Networking will be patching our Identity Service Engine (ISE).  This server supports access to all Wired/wireless and VPN users.  We do not anticipate any downtime with this maintenance.
