Campus-hosted IT services are currently unavailable. The problem is being investigated.
Description
Telephone Services will be performing reboots overnight of all Mitel servers to resolve multiple issues caused by recent power outages. During this time, campus telephone service will be unavailable. The maintenance should be complete in roughly 2 hours.
The overnight maintenance was completed successfully.

We are currently experiencing widespread issues when trying to dial out to local 314 area code numbers. This issue affects both desk phones and softphone. Telephone Services is working to remedy this issue and will send out an update when it is resolved.
The issue with outbound dial to 314 numbers has been resolved.

ITS will be upgrading the network equipment in EAB 8/15/22 beginning at 5am. Users may experience brief network connectivity issues during this time.

Select ShoreTel phones are experiencing an issue where they display “No Connection” and have no dial tone. Telephone Services is working to resolve the issue and expect it to be resolved soon.
The phone switch that was having trouble has been rebooted, and service has been restored to the affected phones.

There is no Internet Service or Phones in Child Advocacy Center – West Pine. Networking is looking into the issue.
1:56 – att has isolated our issue and dispatched a field technician for resolution.

The following buildings are experiencing electrical power issues, Mark Twain, RCEW, Fine Arts, and Mansion Hills. Maintenance is aware of the issue.

Description
There is a network outage at the UMSL remote locations (Child advocacy centers, Flushing Meadows CETC, Lindell and East Saint Louis optometry). We are currently working with ATT and morenet to find out an estimated time for the return of service. During this time networking and telephone services will be unavailable at these locations.
