We are experiencing power issues in Wood Hall, Science complex, TJ Library and Clark Hall. There will be no network or telephone service in these buildings. Estimated time of restoration is 3 hours.

Critical security updates will be applied to the ShoreTel Windows servers. During this time, some users may experience brief loss of connection to ShoreTel Communicator and delayed delivery of voicemail messages. There should be no interruption of service for handsets.

Description
The required system upgrades on the ShoreTel telephone system are complete. Those with the ShoreTel Communicator application installed on their computer will need to upgrade their application before using it. When ShoreTel Communicator is launched, it will prompt the user to install the upgrade. Information and instructions on installing the ShoreTel Communicator upgrade are also available at http://www.umsl.edu/technology/phones/Instructions%20and%20Guides/upgrade.html. Description
Information Technology Services will perform required system upgrades on the ShoreTel telephone system. The entire ShoreTel telephone system will be out of service beginning Sunday, February 28th at 12:00 a.m. During the upgrade, calls cannot be made or received, and voicemail messages cannot be left or retrieved. Elevator phones and emergency blue light phones in parking lots and outdoor areas will continue to operate. If there is an emergency during the upgrade, dial 314-516-5155 from a non-campus or cell phone. A restoration notice will go out as soon as services are available again.
