We are experiencing problems with inbound calls and are working with our service provider to resolve the problem. Until the issues are resolved users might experience disconnects or other problems.

 Provincial house and villa -network outage- 6/22/2017 12:30 AM

Network will be upgrading the software on the network switch in Provincial house / Villa to resolve a known issue.  During the upgrade all network access and telephones services will be unavailable.

 ShoreTel Phone Maintenance

 Power issue on North Campus

Description

We are experiencing power issues in Wood Hall, Science complex, TJ Library and Clark Hall.  There will be no network or telephone service in these buildings.   Estimated time of restoration is 3 hours.

 Scheduled Maintenance: ShoreTel telephone system

Description

Critical security updates will be applied to the ShoreTel Windows servers. During this time, some users may experience brief loss of connection to ShoreTel Communicator and delayed delivery of voicemail messages. There should be no interruption of service for handsets.

 Maintenance on campus telephone system COMPLETE

Description

The required system upgrades on the ShoreTel telephone system are complete.  Those with the ShoreTel Communicator application installed on their computer will need to upgrade their application before using it.  When ShoreTel Communicator is launched, it will prompt the user to install the upgrade.  Information and instructions on installing the ShoreTel Communicator upgrade are also available at http://www.umsl.edu/technology/phones/Instructions%20and%20Guides/upgrade.html.
