In preparation for the 2021 spring semester, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing systems maintenance from Monday, December 28th through Sunday, December 31st. There will be many services affected at different times and dates, please see below:

Intermittent outages including
desktop printing, copying/scanning/faxing and TritonPrint services. |

Software upgrades to servers supporting the Mitel phone system
|
Brief interruptions with softphone client and call recording may occur during this time. |
Wednesday, December 30th |

Replace Data Center Firewalls |
Brief outages to UMSL hosted systems will occur during this time. |

Windows/Linux Server Patching |
Applications/Web Apps, Network-File Shares, Printing, SharePoint. UMSL Websites will be unavailable during this time. |

Upgrade Network Switches |
Brief & random network outages across campus as switches are upgraded – No networking or phone service until the upgrade is finished. |
