ITS was notified of a problem with accessing Sharepoint sites and TritonApps applications from off campus. The cause of the issue was due to DNS lookups, and the issue has been resolved.
Description
A runaway application temporarily consumed all available resources on a local database causing intermittent web application to fail. The application was terminated and web applications are functioning normally again.
