Microsoft has restored services.
Users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services, such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook.com, and SharePoint Online/OneDrive
We’ve received reports of user impact to Microsoft 365 services and are working to investigate the cause of the issue.

ITS has received reports that the Outlook app for mobile devices is not syncing with the server. Web-based access appears to be unaffected. Technicians are currently investigating the issue.

ITS has received reports that the Microsoft Teams application is currently missing Calendar information for many users. The problem is being investigated at this time.

There will be brief/intermittent outages of all UMSL production Oracle databases, and most web applications running on apps.umsl.edu, fusion.umsl.edu and coe.umsl.edu will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period.
PeopleSoft applications including MyView, MyHR, etc. will not be affected.

Several application servers hosted by UMSL ITS were briefly unavailable shortly after 5 a.m., when a hosting server became unresponsive. All affected servers automatically restarted on the remaining hosts, and became available again within minutes. This outage briefly impacted telephone services, including ShoreTel/Mitel Connect.
