ITS system administrators will apply critical security updates to Windows and Oracle database servers. There will be expected disruption to:

  • Faculty/Staff MyDocuments and Department Shares
  • Print and fax services
  • TritonApps sessions
  • SharePoint sites
  • Web applications running on apps.umsl.edu, fusion.umsl.edu and coe.umsl.edu

MyGateway web app and PeopleSoft applications including MyView, MyHR, etc. will not be affected.

 Campus printing services outage

Description

Campus printing is not available at this time, due to a data source issue.  ITS is working to resolve and will update as soon as possible.  Other campus online services may be affected.

This issue should now be resolved.

 SharePoint and additional UMSL services outage

Description

Some UMSL services are currently unavailable due to an unexpected database issue following scheduled server patching.

Affected services include:

  • SharePoint web sites
  • TritonApps
  • Campus printing

Other services may be impacted.  We are actively working to resolve the issue.

Update: The problem has been identified and corrected.  Services are available again.
