We are currently having issues with the UMSL print server which is affecting printing on campus. We are actively working on the issue.
Description
At this time, the UMSL TritonPrint email-based printing service is experiencing problems. Users submitting print jobs as email attachments to tritonprint@umsl.edu will receive a response with an error stating “Your MobilePrint operation could not be processed right now. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.”. UMSL IT support is working to restore the service and will update in due course.
This issue has now been resolved.

ITS system administrators will apply critical security updates to Windows and Oracle database servers. There will be expected disruption to:
MyGateway web app and PeopleSoft applications including MyView, MyHR, etc. will not be affected.

This issue has now been resolved. Emails sent during the outage should process normally.
NOTE: Traditional desktop printing is not affected by this outage notice.
Emails sent to tritonprint@umsl.edu, UMSL’s email-to-print service is currently unavailable. Emails with attached print jobs sent to this address should only be delayed while the outage persists and will be available for release from a campus printer when the issue is resolved.
