 Maintenance on Network equipment in JC Penney South

 Network Outage – West County Computer Center – 4:15 pm –

Description

We are currently experiencing a network outage at West County Computer Center located 12837 Flushing Meadows Dr, St. Louis, MO 63131.  This affects internet, wireless, and telephone services.  The network team is investigating the cause.

 

4:25 pm Verified there was a power blip on site. We will monitor for now.

 

5:30 pm power is stable at this time.

The network team will be upgrading our internet 1 and internet 2 links with MOREnet, our internet provider. We anticipate no interruptions to internet access during this maintenance.  Any unforeseen issues would cause all network connectivity to the internet to be unavailable.
