There is currently a utility outage at the West County facility. ITS is working with the vendor to restore services.

ITS will be testing redundancy of our campus network access software and hardware. This may cause wireless connectivity to be unavailable campus wide.

ITS will be upgrading network hardware in SSB on Sunday 11/15/15. Wired, wireless, and phone service for SSB floors 1 – 4 will not be available during this time. This will not affect the SSB computer labs in 103, 222, or 452.

6:30 am to 7 am–ITS will be upgrading the power supplies in the Marillac Hall 2nd floor network switch. Wireless, Wired, and phone service will be unavailable in Marillac Hall.
7 am to 7:30 am– ITS will be upgrading software for the Network Access Control server. Wireless will not be available campus wide during the upgrade process.

ITS will be testing the secondary authentication server for TritonNet. This may cause loss of wireless connectivity campus wide.
8am – 11am
ITS will be upgrading hardware in the ESH 1 data closet. Services affected include wired, wireless, and phone access. This will only affect the 1st floor classrooms and the FRC.
